Moving is trying enough, but moving out of state is even more so, especially when you have a limited amount of time to do so. We had contacted a realtor, but weren't getting much help or response, and time was getting tight. I was on the internet looking at houses in the area we wanted to move to. We saw a house that might be promising and Lisa was the realtor listing the house. I phoned her and explained our situation. She immediately got to work and the next morning she had email us a list of houses to look at. I called her and we set up a meeting on that Friday to look at houses. We were instantly impressed with her professionalism, her knowledge, and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we found the home we were looking for.

Except from the email and phone calls she didn't know our taste in homes. After the second house we looked at, she knew exactly what we wanted in a home. We looked at a lot of houses that day, and the next. On Monday morning she emailed us another list of houses to look at for our second meeting. I have dealt with realtors before, but none like Lisa! She covers all the bases. We were in constant communication with her via email and phone calls. If I left a message on her voice mail, my call was returned ASAP. If she felt there might be a problem or complication with anything she had valuable contacts to recommend. Because of unforeseen circumstances, we were late getting to our
closing. I was frantic. Thinking the worst, I called Lisa and told her the problem. She rescheduled the closing for a few hours later, and even gave me an alternate route to the title company saving at least an hour.

If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Lisa is the one you want! If we buy or sell another house or property, we are only going to make one call; to Lisa Savage.

We were faced with so many different choices.  Choices that ranged from, did we want to buy a home or build a home?  What kind of features did we want in our home?  Who or what institutions were good lenders?  We were faced with just an enormous amount of decision-making. 

We honestly believe the best decision in this whole process was deciding to do business with you.  Like your logo says, "I'll be with you every step of the way" well, we sure found that out to be true.  You were immensely helpful. 

I don't believe our experience in this whole process would have been as smooth, as easy or as pleasant without you.  You made all the difference.  Your knowledge of the business was immensely helpful.  You helped guide us in deciding what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend, good locations in the area.  You contacted builders, the lending company. You were just a tremendous asset that we were fortunate to have in our corner throughout this entire process.  You were extremely professional and a complete delight to work with.  Believe me when I say that I will definitely recommend you to any friends or family that may be in the market.
