I recently had the good fortune and pleasure of having Lisa represent me in my effort to sell my house.  My daughter, who was living in the house at the time, contacted Lisa who came out to meet her that very day.

Living in another state brings on apprehension as one contemplates the negative possibilities of dealing with someone out of State in matters of real property and money.  Lisa, with the very first phone conversation eased many of those fears as she prepared and sent to me a very professional sales plan and analysis of my property.  Lisa went right to work helping me to prepare the house for sale. 

Much to my pleasure, Lisa presented me with a serious offer in just a few days after listing the property.  Although I was many miles away, Lisa kept me constantly informed, calling me on my cell phone, at the office, sending me faxes and by e-mail.  Lisa was not only very professional and knowledgeable; she always promptly returned my calls when she was unavailable.  Lisa not only kept the sale on course and one time, she also helped me through the needed repairs.  Through her efforts, we were able to close the deal without me ever having to board a plane in about thirty days.

Lisa was a lifesaver! 

We had a short amount of time to find a house to lease.  I flew into Dallas for the day to look at houses.  She picked me up at the airport and had everything so organized. 

We went straight from one house to another, she had arranged everything ahead of time so that we didn't waste any time.  She really listened to what we were looking for and didn't waste our time showing me things that weren't of interest to me. 

We found the perfect house for us and I ended up taking an earlier flight home!  I really appreciated her respect for my limited time and the preparation she'd done prior to my arrival to make it a smooth and easy process.

My name is Angela and I just wanted to share my home buying experience with you.  Lisa Savage could have not done a better job in assisting me with my housing needs.  I have never owned a home before.  This is my first and I am really enjoying it.  Being someone who had never purchased a home this was really a big step for me, something I did not want to get involved in.  I felt that house hunting would just be too much work.  After paying years of rent, I decided that it was time to own my own home especially with interest rates so low.  A friend of mine spoke to me about Lisa, and felt that she was the person I was looking for to help me purchase my first home.
After meeting Lisa, I knew my friend was right.  My days are very busy I really liked the fact that Lisa was willing to schedule appointments around my work hours for showings.  We went through the process of looking at several homes, which was frustrating.  But Lisa made me feel comfortable by explaining the process to me from beginning to end.  She also explained how sometimes you have to search and search until you find the right one.  Boy, she was right!  One of the things I hate most when it comes to making a purchase is sales pressure.  I was astonished at the fact that Lisa applied no
pressure at all, which made me feel even more comfortable.  She had my best interest at heart, which is hard to find now days.  I also liked the fact that she was out looking at homes for me during my busy day.  Lisa was very persistent in finding the right home for me, and it paid off.  If I decide to sell or make another purchase Lisa Savage is the one for me!  If I can do it anyone can.  Thank you Lisa for this great experience.  Keep up the good work.  I will never forget how nice and helpful you were through all of this.
